In the long term, the fleet is supposed to be increased up to 10 vessels, as well as the frequency of the service will be raised from 1 up to 2 departures per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The container turnover of Rizhao port is over then 2,6 million TEU per year. The project of port modernization that is being realized now, will allow to increase a turnover up to 10 million TEU per year. The port is a starting point for two railway routes of the Silk Way from Asia via Northern and Southern Europe to Rotterdam.
